Im not sure who the first kiss was with, ill have to crack out my Star Trek TOS and come back to you. They were renowned for doing the first interracial kiss on Star Trek between Uhura and Kirk, this aired on November 22, 1968 in the episode Plato's Children.
Kirk kissed everyone but the most famous kiss was nichelle nichol(uhura). This kiss was actually faked as the executives were not sure how the public would take it.In the episode where the crew were captured by a race of beings who had the ability to control them and were forced to battle and act out romantic and comedic tales.the scene with the kiss shows the back of kirks head obscuring Uhura's to hide the "fake" kiss.
this happened during an episode of the original Star Trek series, where William Shatner ( Captain James Tiberius Kirk ) kisses communications officer Uhura (portrayed by Nichelle Nichols )
The first interracial kiss on American television occurred on November 22, 1968, between Captain Kirk (William Shatner) and Lieutenant Uhura (Nichelle Nichols) on the TV series "Star Trek."
There nothing that directly explains the kiss and relationship. In the other time line, Uhura did tease Spock about how a woman should be treated so possibly Uhura always had some attraction for spock. Uhura was not interested in the Kirk "bad boy" type and she went for the logical intillegent type in Spock. They also share time as Uhura was in at least one of Spock's accademy classes.
