They only post auditions through agents. If you already have one then ask her/him.
If you don't and your just one of the big dreamers then try to get an agent. but Disney only hires pros. so get a really good class and an agent and you could be a lucky winner and work on Disney good luck. (i am a actor too)

Oh there are hundreds of auditions this year, but to audition for anything professional shows, first you'll have to be part of either the Screen Actors Guild or the Actors Equity Association if you want to do theatre. These require a certain amount of theatre acting to be done or if an audition team likes you enough, then they'll sign you on to the Actors Guild for that one production. Next, you'd have to get an agent, who will find auditions for you. Without these two things, you can't audition for any professional shows.
