There are two episodes where he was nearly killed by a car blowing up. ~ 'Twilight' season 2 episode 23 - Tony finds a detonator that is tied to the trunk wired to epxlode, he takes over from Mcgee and holds the key (if he moves it, it explodes). Then he tells Mcgee and Kate to run leaving him behind. They do and just as they get up the hill *Boom* it explodes. Tony almost get's blown up but he manages to escape. ~ 'Bury Your Dead' season 5 episode 1 - The team track Tony after learning that he was undercover as 'Tony DiNardo' to get closer to La Grenouille, but his cover had been blown. As they track him they think someone is tailing him. Suddenly there is a huge explosion and Tony's car blow up with the team thinking he was in it. It turns out it wasn't him in the car but someone else. (He almost got killed again).
