Fire spin, grudge and faint attack. You can teach it Tm's to make it uber strong, give it items to raise its special attack and its defense, because it is not a very strong Pokemon it doesn't take damage so well. However, because of its flash fire ability, fire attacks cant damage it =] they raise the power of its fire type moves. hope I helped x

I would give it at about lv 20 or so, because Pokemon sometimes need to learn speedy moves before they learn powerful moves.
there is no good Pokemon and bad Pokemon its just the way You level it up and what moves it knows /execpt Magikarp they cant learn moves but Gyrados is worth it at the end.
I don't know... If you know, please email me at 12345@optonline.net! Thank You!!!!!!!
There are quite a few that can use a fire stone. The most obvious ones include Growlithe, Eevee, and Vulpix. Once you use it on those Pokemon, you cannot change them back. They will also learn a different set of moves.
he can learn zap cannon
giga drain
Has to be traded from LeafGreen/Colosseum.

Use a FIRESTONE to evolve your Vulpix into Ninetales. Evolving your Pokemon by using stones should only be done when you're certain you do not want it to learn any other new moves. Some Pokemon do not learn any more moves after evolved with stones. You can also go to the Game Corner in Celadon City and buy TM35 FLAMETHROWER from the shop there, you need 4100 coins. http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-rs/037.shtml
Bulbasaur can learn any move he can learn in Pokemon leafgreen/ firered.

Ninetales and gulpin have like 20 moves each by leveling, starter pokemon also learn many moves by leveling A pokemon can learn better moves if you neglect evolving it for a while, vulpix can learn inferno at level 50 if you can hold out on giving it a fire stone until the . (Inferno is a great move)

If you have a Vulpix in ditto, or a female Vulpix with another Pokemon that is the opposite sex. (I've breed numerous Pokemon such as Arcanine with Dugtrio, Eevee with Any of its evolutions, Mightyena, Skitty, and more including Skitty with Wailord). So in my opinion it's a god idea to breed your Pokemon because if you breed a variety of Pokemon that are compatible with another you end up with Pokemon that know/can learn moves that they normally wouldn't be able to learn.

vulpix ---> ninetails trade from leafgreen or firered and... growlithe ---> arcainine with the first, ninetails only learns one move I think, so train vulpix to know good moves then evolve. Also, Eevee ---> Flareon.
