If Eevee likes you, it will evolve into Umbreon or Espeon. Eevee does not evolve on a specific level. Unfortunately, Eevee cannot evolve into either Espeon or Umbreon in Pokemon FireRed as the game lacks an internal clock. Trade the Eevee to Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald and level it up with high happiness during the day or night to evolve it into one of the two Pokemon.
