after you beat the elite four each time, garys sister will groom one of your Pokemon and itl cause it to love you more.this works well after you get the nationaldex and you can get crobat, blissey, and togetic if theyre unevolved forms love you enough

Use protein, iron, carbos, calcium and zinc on the Pokemon level them up alot never let it faint or get status problems and never use any items that say its bitter.
feed them poffins (not too much)and try your best too not let them faint in battles often or not at all and you will see a vast difference
