What is the Pokemon Sapphire cloning glitch?

Pokemon Sapphire is made so the person would have to play fairly without cheating. There is only one glitch that I know of: the Battle Tower duplication glitch, by which a player is said to be able to reliably "clone" any pokemon by a specific series of actions. I have never tried, and have forgotten the process, if it is even true. If someone more knowlegable on the subject would replace this paragraph, it would be greatly appreciated.

(Using Cut in grass is not a glitch)

first you have to beat the Pokemon league then after a while of traveling you go to your house and walk in without going any closer,then step out,then go to prof.birch's lab and walk in and walk out,then fly to rustboro city and walk in the Pokemon center and walk back out and then go up and go to the water above rustboro,surf up to the land and walk in the grass and latias will be there and she will not flee.enjoy!

theres sometimes a glitch in yellow which allows you to do something weird and obtain something like the Pokemon blue 99 masterballs glitch. you can search Pokemon yellow glitches in the search bar and several should come up but i do know one:

Get an Abra

Go to cerulean city

to the left of the nugget bridge there is a trainer walk towards him while DIRECTLY above him. When next to the water press start before he sees you and use teleport to get to the poke-center

On the way to Bill's house there is a trainer, i think hes a youngster, with a SLOWPOKE. u need to battle his slowpoke.

as soon as you've defeated the slowpoke teleport back to cerulean city.

then walk up onto nugget bridge where you battled Gary then as you walk up the bridge you should encounter a wild mew (lv.7) if you battle a different Pokemon near bill's and teleport you will encounter any random lv.7 Pokemon. the youngster's slowpoke must have the right stats to allow mew to appear. you must battle his slowpoke or mew won't appear.

This glitch is true, try it out, but you have to do it properly. hope this helped.

Yup the above glitch is true but it can be taken further. I think you need to have an empty slot in your team though or the game will crash. If you use growl or an attack lowering move until it doesn't work any more before fainting the slowpoke, mew will be at lv. 1. If you then give it a very small amount of experience it will go to lv.100.

Pokemon Cloning: 1) Save in front of a PC. 2) Deposit the desired Pokemon 3) Switch Boxes and while it saves turn the GBC off. Coin Case Glitch: 1) Talk to the Machop in Vermillion 2) Check your Coin Case Dratini Glitch: 1) Talk to Dratini in Blackthorn 2) Check your Coin Case (again).

Im sure the game has glitches, every game has glitches...you just have to experience glitches in other games and remember how you did it, glitches are very difficult to find, they are sometimes put into the game intentionally for a test on items/Pokemon for the programmers and testers, just like the original Pokemon games if you remember the missingno or (missing number), no one was supposed to find that glitch but kids checked around and hunted glitches and found it, there are always glitches in games, especially games with loads of memory like Pokemon silver/gold. so look around, try some stuff and mess with the loading sequences or loading docks within towns, you could find some cool stuff sometimes, i havent really looked, im to lazy...
