Each type of poke ball have different capture rates depending on what ball it is for example Quick Balls are best when used at the beginning of a battle against a wild Pokemon.

Use poke balls
Infinite
depends is it the poke balls cuz all u gotta do is buy them at the poke mart
No, this isn't a feature in the official Pokemon games.
You buy them from the poke store or trade apricorns to Kurt and he makes them
what you do is by some poke balls, great balls or ultra balls then go in a grassy area and walk around till a Pokemon apres then weken it a little and throw the poke ball or what ever tipe of ball u have.
Just throw a some Ultra balls, Heal balls, Luxury balls, Premier balls, standard Poke balls, and Dusk balls if you're in a cave or capturing the Pokemon at night. Keep throwing the same kind of Poke balls until the Pokemon can get out very easily, then use a different kind. This might take a while. It's easier if you capture the legendary Pokemon at night, so more Poke balls are effective. (Dusk balls)
You can't buy Poke Balls during a battle, unfortunately. The only thing you can do is run from the battle or faint the Pokemon, then buy Poke Balls and encounter the rare Pokemon again (or in the case of a legendary, restart and try again, assuming that you ran out of Poke Balls during the battle).

The difference between these balls in Pokemon is the likelihood that you will catch a Pokemon with each. A master ball theoretically gives you 100% chance of catching the Pokemon, but all the rest depend on how strong the Pokemon is, and on the percentage for that particular ball. The pokeball is the least likely, then the great ball, then the ultra ball. (Then the master ball, which is the best of all.) In some of the Pokemon games there are additional types of balls that are better at catching certain types of Pokemon.
