Go to the Duelist Menu and then Deck Construction. The first Deck Construction is your normal deck, and the one below it is a strictly turbo duel deck, which will only be used in turbo duels. You can drag and drop cards with your stylus from your trunk into your deck, or press the A button and select the option you wish. That's about it.

No, a Turbo Duel version of the "Lost Sanctuary" Structure Deck does not exist in this game.This is probably because the "Agent" cards in the Structure Deck use the Field card The Santuary in the Sky for maximum effectiveness. Since there are no Speed Spell versions of Field cards, the Agent cards become less viable in a Turbo Duel (although not impossible to use).
