There are usually only three. So far, Queen Elizabeth II has celebrated a Silver Jubilee (in 1977, marking her 25th year on the throne), a Golden Jubilee (in 2002, a 50th year observance) and a Diamond Jubilee (in 2012, for her 60th year as queen). A Diamond Jubilee normally would be held for the 75th anniversary of a monarch's reign, but an arrangement was made to honor Queen Victoria in 1897 for her 60th year on the throne. Queen Elizabeth II is the only other British queen to observe a Diamond Jubilee. According to Katie Couric of ABC News, Queen Elizabeth would celebrate a Platinum Jubilee if she is still Britain's monarch in 2022.
England hasn't had its own king or queen for 300 years. The current monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, has been queen of the United Kingdom (which includes England) since 1952 and had her silver jubilee in 1977 (25 years). Her golden jubilee (50 years) was in 2002 and her diamond jubilee, 60 years on the throne, will be celebrated this year (2012). If she survives for another 4 years - she is now 85 - she will be the longest reigning British monarch of all time.
In the Bible, the Year of Jubilee was a time when all debts were cancelled, and all prisoners forgiven and released.
Jubilee Year which is when all debts are forgiven
Perhaps you meant the 49th year, which was the year before the Jubilee Year: after 7 weeks of years (49 yrs) the next year (the 50th) was the year of Jubilee when all debts were wiped, all slaves freed, land reverted back to it's original owner etc.

The Sabbatical Year occurred on a cycle of seven years, in which every seventh year was a year when the land was allowed to lie fallow (Leviticus ch.25) and debts were released (Deuteronomy ch.15). After seven such cycles an extra year, the 50th year, was declared the year of Yovel (Jubilee). In that year any land which had been sold reverted to its original owners, thus ensuring that there could never be a landless class. Even if your parents were profligate and got into debt and had to sell their land, you would eventually have your land back and be able to make a new start. Unfortunately, although the social benefits of the Sabbatical and Jubilee years are great, human nature meant that they were not always kept.
Pope John XIIII declared the 2000 Jubilee Year.
The 125th jubilee is called a quasquicentennial jubilee. Jubilee is an anniversary of an event usually celebrated during the 25th, 50th, or 75th year.
