Yo so you go in battle around the first guy take the stairs there are then two battles go down to the teleports on the bottom left first and find ur way through those to get a nugget and a masterball then go back to second room and go through stairs take teleport on left go through take farthest teleport in that room then fight the admin
They are going to tell you to go to team magmas hideout first.
First you go to slate port city and go to the ship station you will see the captain then you see a Sumerian and it goes to the fort. Then you can go in the fort.
It's pretty easy once you have a Pokemon that knows surf. Just go to Lilycove beach and surf north and you'll almost immediatly find a man made cave and that's the aqua hide out.
