What happens at the end of shugo chara?

It is still ongoing and they only just started the 2nd season so no one knows, possibly even Peach-Pit doesn't know.

Actually it is known that Amu transforms to Amulet Fortune using all of her charas to save Ikuto who has transformed with Yoru and an x-egg to be Seven Seas Treasure and with the help of Tadase and his Royal Sword, his staff but it's a sword, they defeat Ikuto and save him from Easter. Then both Ikuto and Tadase say that they will protect Amu from then on and then it ends. Amu ends up with no single guy, but more like both Ikuto and Tadase.

Actually, it is known that Amu transforms into Amulet Fortune and Ikuto into Seven Seas Treasure, but when Ikuto tells Amu he'll never see her again because he is looking for his father, he also tells her he loves her and he bets Amu that she'll fall in love with him (even though she already has, unknowingly). Amu ends up awaiting his return, so in a sense she is with Ikuto. The manga ends in September, so there might be just one more volume of Shugo Chara.

Ok she and her gardian freinds go off to middle school and leave rikka and hikaru and yaya as the gardians and ikuto lives on going vacation thing and every thing has no reson to continue : /

To answer your immediate questions:

Sakura does have a clone as well.

But [clone] Syaoran spent his childhood with [clone] Sakura.

And the [real] Syaoran and Sakura spent their childhood together too.

And yes, the entire first half of the manga has [clone] Syaoran as the main character. The [real] Syaoran is sealed away in Fei Wong's base until he finally gains the power to break out. And again, yes, when [real] Syaoran finally catches up to the group he has to take back the heart he gave to [clone] Syaoran.

Its already confusing from the beginning, because we find out about half way through the manga that BOTH the Syaoran and Sakura we met at the beginning were clones. [Real] Syaoran and Sakura had already been sealed away by Fei Wong Reed for his plan.

In the very beginning (which is told at the end of the manga) [real] Syaoran lived in Yuuko's world with his parents. One day his mother had a dream about someone waiting for him, so his father sent him to the Dimension Witch to find that person. Yuuko then sends [real] Syaoran to Clow Country where he meets [real] Sakura (who was the girl waiting for him.)

She gets very attached to Syaoran and vice versa, unfortunately Syaoran only has 7 days in her world before Yuuko must bring him back. On the seventh day, just before Syaoran must return to his own world, he witnesses Fei Wong Reed place a seal on Sakura which will kill her when it fully releases its wings. [Real] Syaoran then chooses to stay in Clow Country forever to find a way to save [real] Sakura.

Years later, the seal on [real] Sakura releases itself and [real] Syaoran still has no way to save her, so he makes a wish.

He wished for Yuuko to send him back in time to the point before the seal had been placed on [real] Sakura so he could save her that way.

The price he must pay is the time he spent, so he is turned back into a child and Watanuki is then born from the void [real] Syaoran left in Yuuko's world. (But this does NOT take away [real] Syaroan's memories, only his teenage body. Also, the real Clow Country is frozen in time because of this wish. The Clow Country [clone] Sakura and Syaoran live in is a different one than [real] Sakura and Syaoran lived in.)

Somehow or another Fei Wong had the right to take the [real] Syaoran and Sakura and seal them away (Yuuko couldn't stop him from doing it anyway, all she could do was protect Watanuki from being taken by Fei Wong as well.)

Fei Wong then created both of the clones for his plan, that way he could keep the [real] Syaoran and Sakura safe to start over again if needed.

But while Fei Wong was cloning Syaoran, [real] Syaoran split his heart/soul in half and gave it to his clone, that way he would have the chance to create his own heart and throw Fei Wong's plan off.

Fei Wong then creates a full clone of Sakura (heart and all) and places both clones into the new Clow Country.

They get to live out their lives normally and we meet them there at the beginning of the manga. [Clone] Sakura's feathers are scattered and the journey begins with [clone] Syaoran taking her to the Dimension Witch.

Around half way through the manga [real] Syaoran finally breaks through Fei Wong's seal and comes to take his heart back. Unfortunately [clone] Syaoran was unable to form his own heart in the time he had, so when [real] Syaoran took his heart back [clone] Syaoran lost his and became a heartless clone with the sole purpose of gathering feathers. [Clone] Syaoran leaves the group immediately after this in search of feathers, and we are left with [real] Syaoran.

Around this same time Sakura figures out she is a clone through a dream. Since she is a full clone of Sakura she also has the [real] Sakura's Seeing abilities (she can see the future through dreams. As they collect more feathers this power gets stronger, which is why she didn't realize she was a clone at the beginning.)

She was also shown a terrible future that she must try and prevent.

And this is where it gets difficult to explain for two reasons, it goes into Fai's past which I absolutely refuse to spoil for anyone and I didn't completely understand this part myself. Its beyond confusing past this point.

There are at least two time paradoxes going on at once and I don't even want to pretend I understand it all.

well if u really wanna spoil ur self ummm ushio dies and tomoya is really sad and on episode 24 after story tomya tells the story to ushio how they met then ushio falls asleep and he says what happened after ushio died if u dont understand wen u watch it i say so becuz of tomoya good deed he done when he was yonger in high school (with nagisa and helping her) without him knowing he collected many balls of light and when ushio died and tomoya asks for nagisas help then he zoomes in when nagisa already gace birth to ushio and nagisa is alive when she did becuz nagisa died when she gave birth to ushio.
