In the book, Madge, Prim, Katniss`s mother, Gale and Peeta`s father visited Katniss. For Peeta, in the book, it says that his mother spoke to him and others who did went to the Justice Building to see Peeta was unknown. After so, Peeta and Katniss left District 12 to the Capitol with Effie Trinket and Haymitch.
