What guards the philosopher's stone in Harry Potter?

The three-headed dog, Fluffy, was the first challenge. To get past him and down the trapdoor you had to learn that music put Fluffy to sleep. Harry, Ron and Hermione used a wooden Flute to get past.

Professor Quirrell used an enchanted harp.

The challenges guarding the philosopher's stone are as follows:

1. Fluffy the three-headed dog. To get past you have to play music making Fluffy go to sleep.
2. Devil's Snare. Either escape before it captures you or light a fire.
3. Flying Keys. Capture the correct key and unlock the door.
4. Giant Chess set. Play and win a game of wizard's chess.
5. Defeat the troll.
6. Potions Puzzle. Using the clues, find which potion will get you through the black fire.
7. The Mirror of Erised. You had to want the stone, but not want to use it.
