Wolverine is born with his powers, like some, if not all, mutants. But remember that he was born with BONE CLAWS and then Nature (William Striker) adds Adamatium to them in X-Men: Origins Wolverine.
Superman must fly him to the air and punch him into space and let Wolverine lose his powers and let him die.

I think he got it from alpha flight. When he was about to join the team they gave him the costume.
wolverine would never take Aung seriously enough to take him on full force. and Aung is never allowed to use his powers to kill.. so how is this a question.
