The sword ''Sting'', acquired and named by Bilbo, later inherited by Frodo, has no inscription.
In Peter Jackson's film adaptation of The Lord of the Rings, the sword (Sting) does have an inscription. Engraved on the blade and cross guard of the sword is an inscription in Elven language of Sindarin written in Tengwar script: "Maegnas aen estar nin dagnir in yngyl im" which translates to "Sting is my name, I am the spider's bane." This obviously refers to the events during ''The Hobbit'' where Bilbo first used and named his sword; this would indicate that the inscription would have had to be added after Bilbo's adventure.
Translated, the One Ring reads, "One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them." This is a small part of the verse,
"Three rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,
Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,
Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne
In the land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them
In the land of Mordor where the Shadows lie."
The movie blade had writing, the book never talks about any sort of markings. Engraved on the blade and cross guard of Frodo Baggin's sword are runes in the Elven language of Sindarin that say "Maegnas aen estar nin dagnir in yngyl im" which translates to "Maegnas is my name, I am the spider's bane." This seems coincidental, since Sting is later used in Return of the King to slay Shelob, a gargantuan spider.

As of this writing, Sword Art Online is still available via streaming on Netflix.
Most hobbits say that Bilbo is cracked (mad) and at one point a hobbit says "...and young frodo here, he's cracking!". Most think that they're too adventurous (for a hobbit, that is.)
That's mostly a matter of personal opinion, seeing as they never sword fought each other, so we can't really be sure. But I would say most likely Aragorn.

You can say," sird", pronounced, seerd.
You could say:"His sword made a clanking sound as he withdrew it from his sheath."Or:"His sword made a metallic sound as he withdrew it from its sheath.""The painful zing of steel upon steel."Wolfgang Schwartzschild'the quiet but menacing whisper of the sword was heard as it was drawn from its sheath' because it sounds kind of like 'sssssshhh'
