You go to the canyon on Seven Island, go to the double battle then go into this cave and move the boulders around and go to the chambers. you can catch them but they are pretty wimpy. they can only use hidden power (10 power 100 accuracy) actually, the power of hidden power is determined by how high the pokemons iv's are. if you need more info on a pokemons hidden power, vist: http://www.serebii.net/games/iv-calcdp.shtml
