Most of the outfits in the tomb raider games are unlocked by collecting the relics in the game but i think some are got buy the time trials correct me if i am wrong but that's how i got them anyway.

You cannot change your outfit in-game or during regular gameplay. You unlock outfits by finding the relics in each level. The outfits include: Anniversary, Legend, Classic, Croft Manor Sport, Camouflage, Golden, Catsuit, and Wetsuit. When you find all the relics, you unlcok the Scorched Natla outfit. You can change outfits by either playing Croft Manor, or when you finish each part of the game, (Peru, Greece.. etc.) or the whole game, you go to Replay Level and it lets you choose outfits.
