Magician of Black Chaos does not have a card code at the bottom left of his card.
No. Magician of Black Chaos is not banned under the March 2010 Forbidden/Limited Card List. It is in fact, unlimited, meaning that you can have up to three copies of this card in your Deck. The card you may be referring to is Dark Magician of Chaos, which is banned, however.
No, Rare Metalmorph does not satisfy the summon conditions. There is a difference in saying "Metalmorph" and "a Metalmorph card", in that the former means a card called, and only called Metalmorph, while the second wording will mean any card with Metalmorph in the name. You see the first kind of wording on things like Dark Magic Curtain, since it says Dark Magician and not Dark Magician card, it can only summon a regular Dark Magician, and not, say, Dark Magician Girl. You see the second kind on Six Samurai monsters, their effects work with any other card with Six Samurai in their name. Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon requires the Red-Eyes to be equipped with Metalmorph, and only the regular Metalmorph will do.
Magician of Black Chaos would make Mewtwo run to mommy and hide behind her. Lol, Mewtwo doesnt have a mom, but hey, it would be one heck of a fight, wouldn't it?
Sorry to say but no there is no card ever been made called that. Sorry, but you're wrong. I I have one and it's called Black Cows Magician {Magic using junta.Ceremony} Landing buy the ceremony of the black cow's magic. Must give off total 8 stars more cards from the hand or from the field. ATK/2800/DEF/2600. This is what the card says and it has the Konami and Yu Gu Uh trading card game logos on the back with the black hole. The question is, is it a 'real' card. Anyone familiar with the game knows there is no such card type as 'junta.Ceremony' (should be Ritual), that card is a 100% fake version of 'Magician of Black Chaos', very poorly translated from the original Japanese.
dark magician of chaos requires 2 monsters to be offered as a tribute to summon magician of black chaos requires the ritual spell card "black magic ritual".

yes but you also need his ritual card.
A chaos deck is a deck that runs mainly light and darkness monsters where the light monsters are not lightsworn monsters. The focus of this deck is summon the chaos monsters(Black Luster Soldier-Envoy of the Beginning, Chaos Emperor Dragon-Envoy of the End, Chaos Sorcerer, and Dark magician of Chaos) while preparing to summon the chaos monsters this type of deck is also removing from play the opponent's monsters from play. This deck gets its name from not only from the monsters but also the booster pack in which this card were first released; Invasion of chaos. This deck works wonder with Dark Armed Dragon.
Not all cards do, there's no real reason why some do and some don't.

Ritual cards are a little confusing in this game. With cards like "Black Magic Ritual" and "Black Luster Ritual" You have to have to have the card that "evolves" into the monster you want and two monsters to offer on the field. For example: To summon Magican of Black Chaos you need Dark magician on the field (however if you just summoned him to the field, you need to wait a turn before using the ritual). Then you offer your two monsters and click on Black Magic Ritual, and it will say "used. Dark Magic Ritual. Magician of Black Summoned!" and now the Dark Magician is the Magician of Black Chaos. The same goes for summoning Black Luster Soldier. However this method doesn't work for "Revived Serpent Night Dragon" some reason.
The best sort of deck to use in the expert cup is probably a dark spellcaster deck, mainly focusing on dark magician. Use cards like dark magician's tome of black magic, dark magic attack, thousand knives, magican of black chaos, dark magician of chaos, magician's circle. Another good card is dark paladin which is a fusion monster which requires dark magician and buster blader.
The only card that is affected by Skilled Dark Magician is Dark Magician due to Skilled Dark Magicians Effect which is: "Each time a Spell Card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card (max. 3). You can Tribute this card with 3 Spell Counters on it toSpecial Summon 1 "Dark Magician" from your hand, Deck, orGraveyard."

No, it's not a fusion material monster of any fusion monster I know of. And I know a lot of cards. It's quite hard to find a card that I haven't heard of.
