It depends on who is writing Batman at the time but I do recall a few instances where Superman has provided Batman with a sample of Kryptonite as a safeguard just in case he goes out of control and needs to be stopped. I think we can assume that Batman carries it around with him like a hot girl with a can of mace. Just in case. In several instances Batman has had to fight a Kryptonian and in some of those circumstances he releases a hidden latch on his belt. Then the belt buckle opens to reveal a piece of Kryptonite inside. Again, this depends on the version and author. However, with the exception of versions w/o Superman, Batman indisputably has a plan to kill Superman 'just in case'. THis can range from Kryptonite to modifying the Batmobile's headlights to be red sun lamps.

Here are some comparisons of some things I will refer to as "stats" Intelligence: Batman is only marginally more intelligent than Spiderman (and if they were of the same age, I'd give this to Spiderman) Training: Batman's training is only moderately superior to Spiderman's training. Spiderman has gone through the same basic self inflicted pain type training as any other super hero has. (But he has *not* wandered the Earth learning martial arts techniques, as Batman has. He's just a strong, fast kid with no real training). Physical Strength: This alone is enough to make Spiderman win. Spiderman is nearly Superman strength (not quite), but without the weakness to any particular material that Batman isn't also weak to. (Everyone has an Achilles heel. Batman is considered to be the most dangerous man alive, by Superman himself, because he learns and can use the weaknesses of others. As said below, some plastic squirting kid is not going to be that big of a deal. Spidey can win fights, but Batman can plan a battle. There is a difference.) All you need to know is Batman CAN escape spider man, within a minute or even 30 seconds, I don't think spider man could even found out where batman is and who he is. The only person who know about Batman is the riddler, and the riddler is way way cleverer than spider man. 1. Spider man won't even know where batman is and who he is and where he live. 2. Instead of Batman being in danger it's spider man pissing his pants in home, he might not even sleep just encase Batman got him in the night time, because Batman can easily track where he is. 4. Batman knows everyone's weaknesses, his prepared for everyone, he probably have 50 plans prepare to deal with every single hero he knows that decide to suprise attack him. As I said earlier he is not stupid, he already saw superman go insane, so he would prepare for the others, like spider man. 5. Batman is unbeatable, he is not invincible like you guys said, but he is impossible to beat which makes him invincible, he faced like the most dangerous situation in his life like superman, wonder woman, joker, bane, killer crock etc... Spiderman face a person with green armor and a person with robotic arms, Batman could easily control the robotics and make them stop moving, what did spider man done? Hell it take weeks for him to win, he didn't even track where they are. One final point, on Batman Arkham Asylum did you saw him??? 2 hits and someone goes unconscious...
