All Pokemon can breed except for Cosplay Pikachu, Nidorina and Nidoqueen, Legendaries such as Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, the Legendary Beasts of Johto, Lugia, Ho-Oh, the Regi golems, Latias, Latios, Groudon, Rayquaza, Kyogre, the Lake Guardians; Mesprit, Azelf and Uxie, the Creation Trio; Dialga, Palkia and Giratina, Heatran, Cresselia, Cobalion, Terrakion and Virizion, baby Pokemon such as Pichu, Cleffa, Togepi, Magby and Elekid and Mythical Pokemon like Mew, Celebi, Deoxys, Jirachi, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus and Victini with the exception of Manaphy.

Manaphy is the only legendary Pokemon capable of breeding. None of the other legendary Pokemon can do so - not even Latios, Latias, or Heatran, which are the only legendary Pokemon to have genders.

you can breed any Pokemon but when you breed them you will get their first evolution in the egg

Ditto is your best choice for breeding along with any other Pokemon except legendaries and preevolved Pokemon.

The only legendary Pokemon that can get an Egg is Manaphy.

You have to breed it with a Ditto unless you trade another Manaphy of the opposite gender.
