first you need to type in the cheat on your save file and hopefully if the cheat is right it should say celebi unlocked if it said that enter the poke park and go to the medow zone and leave it to go to the poke park entrance where you first start you adventure and near that really big tree where snorlax was near celebi should be there, but the bad thing is that you need to complete everyones time bonus to achieve on tangrowths swing near the haunted zone and once every pokemon has achieved it, it will then say celebi can now play. but you can battle celebi and it will tell you the for yourself.
Where do you Dialga and Palkia in poke park?
I don't know why they aren't in it, but Dialga and Palkia are not in the Poke Park Wii game. There is a giant mountain carving of them with a waterfall in the Poke Park, but they aren't in the game. Trust me, I've searched EVERYWHERE!
