Next go into the Pokemon center at Lacunosa Town. If you see to the left, there is a girl next to a shelf of books. She has lots of gracidea flowers. You must have your shaymin that can turn into sky-form to get it but in your party Pokemon. Next talk to her. She will talk about your shaymin. Then she will hand you the gracidea flower. Then you have it the shaymin can't be hacked or it won't work. (Any regular shaymin that was not received by cheats should be able to turn into sky-form)

There is a certain Pokemon center, there will be a girl on the left side that will talk about the flower, if you bring shaymin as the first Pokemon in your party you will get the flower.. BUT your shaymin has to be legit from Pokemon event or from oaks letter

You must go to floarma town (with the shaymin in your party) and there will be a blonde lady there who will give you a gracidea flower which you give to your shaymin Note: If your shaymin is not an event shaymin this may not work and between 4:00am-8:00pm is the only time shaymin can be in sky forme.
