Pokemon Indigo is a good one, and it is basically the same thing as the game, except you beat ALL the gym leaders except Sinnoh. You can get all the Pokemon, and it is easy to find shinies. [Really, I have a billion shinies].
If you like clicking games, gpxplus is a good one. You [Gotta Hatch em All!] because you get eggs, hatch them, and raise them. There are also special [Novelty] Pokemon, distributed in events[There is a monthly event, and all you have to do is keep a slot open in your part and/or meet the Pokemon expectancy. They give out novelties/legendaries each month. I got a Suicune and a Darkrai from the September and February event!] . Keep an eye out in the Shelter for them! Pokemon/Eggs gain experience by other users clicking them. If somebody clicks you, you click them back. You can also click others, and they will click you back. PokeFarm is the same thing as gpxplus, except you have farms instead of a PC, and... there are different special Pokemon.
