There are 2 ways to activate the curse: 1. Complete Sonic R 100%. 2. Go into a bathroom (or any other room with a mirror) at night with the lights out and play "Can You Feel the Sunshine?" backwards. Supposedly, the Tails Doll will come out of the mirror and kill you.
