It is a simple plural. You just add s.

"The Smith's" (with an apostrophe) means "of or belonging to one Smith." We don't even refer to one person named Smith as "the Smith."

No matter what anybody else tells you, this is true and correct information.

SMITHS...NO APOSTROPHE.
