well i havent yet got a feraligatr but iam thinking of getting one for Pokemon dream team list but it is his stupid voice that is off liking so theres a quistion someone can answer for me but back to feraligatr he should be a good Pokemon for the elite four or for your team and im just thinking your feraligatrs voice can be cooler if you want it to be so feraligatr is now my favourit water Pokemon so thnx

no you have to have levels 60-80 at the least...... cause every1 on victory road hv level 50 or above and the elite 4 has level 60-80.

You must collect either 50 or 80 Pokemon in your pokedex as "obtained" (little pokeball next to em), then defeat the Elite Four to unlock a little side-story. Theres only so much story-line they can put in the game anyway.
