Due to illness Teal Wicks definitively halted her interpretation of the role of Elphaba Thropp in the San Francisco production of the musical 'Wicked'. In fact, she only completed the first act on February 28th, 2010. The second act had to be completed by standby Eden Erica Espinosa [February 2, 1978].Previously, illness got in the way of Wicks' participation in some of the 2009 production shows. Specifically, she had to turn her role over to standby Vicki Noon from March 19th until May 2nd.
