Minerva McGonagall is more powerful than Amelia bones
That's kind of obvious considering one the most powerful dark wizard of all time and one is the deputy headmistress. Dumbledore was the only one Voldemort ever feared, McGonagall wouldn't stand a chance.I agree that Voldemort would defeat McGonagall, but i disagree on the "wouldn't stand a chance against him." McGonagall is an extremely powerful witch and i think it would be difficult for voldemort to kill her, as she is capable of putting up a good fight against him. As shown in the deathly hallows Voldemort was unable to defeat McGonagall kingsley and slughorn, But the three weren't able to defeat Voldemort either.
Most believe it to be Harry Potter, but it might have been someone else.
In the Wizarding World, a witch or wizard comes "of age" at 17, a year earlier than in the Muggle (non-magical) world.
no if you read the book you would no it is snape and only him there is no royal prince in the wizarding world snapes mum is a witch and his dad is a muggle his mums surname is prince "half blood prince" they cut this vital info out of the film to save time...

Naturally, Minerva McGonagall respects him, as does almost every witch and wizard in the magical world. She, along with countless others, thinks he is a wonderful person - almost saintlike, in fact.

In the wizarding world, one of the most powerful witches was Bellatrix Lestrange. She was a skilled dark witch and a loyal follower of Lord Voldemort. Her formidable magical abilities and unwavering dedication to the dark arts made her a feared and respected figure in the wizarding community.
I think Hermione Granger would become the MOST POWERFUL witch in HarryPotter in the future. Yup its like she becomes the next McGonagall and Harry becomes the next Dumbledore No i would have to say Minerva McGonagall is the most powerful witch. The only reason Bellatrix defeated sirius was because sirius underestimated bellatrix. She took charge of the school during the battle of hogwarts, was hit by four stunners and survived, duelled with Snape and drove him from the school, and also duelled voldemort himself(alongside kingsley and slughorn) something that somebody else didnt dare to do. McGonagall is also the transfiguration queen and has also shown her ability to use the unforgivable curses with the carrows. Also she was second only to dumbledore on the good side and has more expierence than bellatrix. My bet would go with Minerva McGonagall. The most powerful witch (or girl wizard) is Bellatrix Lestrange. She is a death eater, is in Voldamort's inner circle, has the dark mark tatoo, and is Voldamorts favorite. She keeps one of his horcruxes in her bank and has killed Sirius and tortured Nevile Longbottom's parents into complete torture and they live at St. Mugos hospital.
