Yes, she does. It's very clear after her duel with Yusei, when Divine had her under control she heard Yusei's voice and was snapping back to reality, and her and Yusei went on a date in episode 75 (sub version, which is the official version) where he holds her by the waist, catches her before she falls in which she blushes and he smiles. It's clear something is going to happen between them.
