i think it is in sandgem town but not sure.you also might find iit in eterna but still not sure. but if not check the others and look for an old man with a grey beard. talk to him and he will answer "have ye heard of shaymin" or something like that. but if he does, answer no and he will give you a poke phone. he will also give you professer Oak's number. then you call him i think.i think he calls you back and says your mom( only in the game ) found something in her tree and to come to get it .go to his house in eterna ( that's how i got the idea of it being in eterna) and he gives you like the Oak's letter or something then he goes to the side route in victory road.( its the place where you help marlie through and at the exit she said she came to find the Pokemon that visits that big flat rock. if you go there (after getting oak's letter )oak will be standing by the rock. then he will tell you stuff and ask you what you give thanks for. say Pokemon. then he will say "is that what your thankful for positivley sure" say yes and there will be flashes and then you will be in flowers. then a little bettle looking Pokemon comes. that is shaymin.but it runs off follow it and then catch it. there is a myth that arces lives there too but i don't know where.WARNING: PAY CLOSE ATTENTION. IF YOU SAY YES WHEN THE GUY ASKS ABOUT SHAMIN HE WILL FLY AWAY AND NEVER COME BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there is also a myth that the poke phone never existed. i don't believe it though. this tip is only for diamond and pearl not for gameboy games.
I don't know who said this or where the crap they got it from, but this is NOT true. There is no pokephone. You cannot get it normally, or by use of cheat. IT DOESN'T EXIST. If you doubt me, ask Nintendo. I did, and they told me it is nonexistent. If you do, and they tell you otherwise, then I stand corrected. But you wouldn't call Nintendo a bunch of liars, now would you?
