Sorry, the only avadible Pokemon transfer is from either Pokemon Ranger games to Diamond and Pearl. Pokemon Ranger offers an exclusive Manaphy transfer and Pokemon Ranger 2 offers a Manaphy, Riolu and Darkrai transfer. These transfers can only be triggered after the game on Pokemon Ranger 1/2.

easy! but it depends what rank you are. You will need to get a yellow gem from the desert. so all you have to do is go to pueltown and go east (-->) and then go inside the small building. then talk to the man with the yellow uniform. he will ask you if you want to go to hurabu desert and you will be asked yes or no. say yes and you will go to harabu desert. easy! to go back to pueltown, go to the harbor of hurabu desert and talk to the guy in a green uniform. the one in red will get you to byoleland. but when you first go there, you will be in a different harbor though... in the east of hurabu desert. sont forget to visit hiddowdown temple. soon, when you finish the whole game, you have to do a quest to get the Pokemon that represents hurabu desert! i hope i helped! gl ( good luck )
