Sean Biggerstaff, the actor that portrayed Oliver Wood, only appeared in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone and the Chamber of Secrets then his contract wasn't renewed as his character wasn't required.
He returned again in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part Two to fight in the final battle.
It is unlikely since Harry Potter never mentioned him among the dead.
