How old is Alex Rider?
they already made an alex rider movie in 2006. It was called Stormbreaker and was based on the first book. But you probably didn't know about it because it was mainly in the UK as that's where the author is from. I don't even know if it went into theaters at all here.....

The Alex Rider books, written by Anthony Horowitz, are really good, and have made Anthony Horowitz my favourite author. Following the death of his uncle, Ian, Alex Rider, 14, is forced to work for MI6 in a number of different missions, including having to protect all British children from a lethal virus, infiltrating a French boarding school, stopping a Russian madman setting off a nuclear bomb, and tons of other things. On 1 April 2011, there are 9 books, Stormbreaker, Point Blanc, Skeleton Key, Eagle Strike, Scorpia, Ark Angel, Snakehead, Crocodile Tears and Scorpia Rising. I recommend all Anthony Horowitz books to anyone between 8 and 15 years old. Alexander "Alex" Rider (born February 13, 1987) is a fictional character. He is the protagonist and title character of the popular Alex Rider series of novels by British author Anthony Horowitz. He is also the protagonist of two story stories written by Horowitz based in the same canon as the series, Secret Weapon and Christmas at Gunpoint. Alex is a young agent for MI6, the British international intelligence service. At no more than fourteen years of age, Alex was forced into this occupation after MI6 noticed Alex's many talents. He has not only worked for MI6 but also the CIA, Scorpia and, in Snakehead, the Australian Secret Intelligence Service. He was played in the film Stormbreaker, based on the novel of the same name, by Alex Pettyfer.
What happen to Alex rider's dad in the Alex Rider's book series?
when alex was very small (i think 5 or something) his mum and dad planned a family holiday however alex fell ill and his parents rearanged the plans so that only they went on the holiday (maybe it was ment to be romantic or something) and alex had to stay with his uncle unfortunately scorpia sneacked a bomb into alex's parents' suitcase and his parents were blown up.
How is Alex Rider similar to James Bond?
He's a spy.......that's all I could think of. I found the secret Stormbreaker website, (learn about it at alexrider.com) and Anthony says he came up with Alex R with a thought about how old James is getting They're both British, work for the MI6 and use tons of (awesome) gadgets.
