That depends on the rarity of the card. Anything Rare Holo EX, Rare ACE, Rare Prime, or Rare Holo L.V. X is worth it.
A Holographic Pokemon card really means a shiny one
Usually, "holo" Pokemon cards have shiny material where the picture is while the rest of the card is normal. "Reverse holo" just means that the box with the picture in it is normal card material, while the rest of the card is shiny. http://img.mercadolivre.com.br/jm/img?s=MLB&f=85802026_1525.jpg&v=E Here's an example ^
I think you mean Holo (holographic). Which in that case, it should look shiny or 3D.
it is not worth jack because there are thousands around the world. you could get two bucks at the most selling it on the internet.

If the card is shiny, the Pokemon is a high level, or both then it is rare.
it depends really, if its a holo, first edition- all sorts of things check on ebay
Depends on the condition/edition.

Yes, you can. Often they come in the booster packs. Usually 1 per pack but sometimes you can get 2, it is just dependant. Also, if you look in a store you can get Pokemon tins, these usually have a window in the front offering a promotion holographic pokemon card dependant on which generation it is. Otherwise, if you wish to purchase a particular holo pokemon card, then use an online site such as ebay, they tend to have ebayers offering quite a vast amount of holo or reverse holo cards.

ya dont thats fraud fyi and you will end up in jail
Every Terrakion Pokemon card that has been printed is at least a rare. Each pack of Pokemon cards includes at least one rare card, though it may contain a second rare card as the reverse holo.
A dot is a common, a diamond is an uncommon, a star is a rare, and if it's a holo, it will have a shiny picture and a star. Reverse holos will have the non-picture part shiny.
It depends if it's a holo or common. If it's a common, it's really only worth about 25 cents.
