After he found out of his sister's death, he ran Into the Woods and disappeared. Percy would find out in the later parts that he had been talking to his sister's ghost and trying to bring her back to life. His anger toward Percy would soon disappear too and he would tell Percy how he could defeat the Titans. He also becomes more powerful and becomes sort of emo like...In the last book, he would help Percy defeat the Titans by leading his army from the underworld. He never got his sister back though everything turned out all right for the kid in the end guess

It's definitely a better of an opinion and I find Percy Jackson one of my favourite books, however, I feel that you should have an open mind when reading Percy Jackson and not think everything is lame and just treat it as a story and not for real [the author, Rick, said it wasn't real] and just appreciate the fantastic plot. Are there going to be movies of the Percy Jackson bOOKS?
Probably but if you have read the books they have missed some really good parts out so most of the main characters wont exist like Clarisse. Edit: They also reeked havoc on the story, not including Ares, or even mention Kronos, who became the series' main antagonist.
