In Pokemon Pearl you may breed an Empoleon with any water 1 / field egg type Pokemon. Such as the following : Bidoof Buneary Chimchar Eevee This are just a few, there are many more.
There are so many places you can find Bidoof. Here are only some: Routes 6, 9, 10, 13, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 32, 35, 42, 43, 44, 45, 47. Hope this helped! =) Please give me a trust point if it did! =) Thanks! =D
Acording to Pokemon mistery dungeon red and blue diglet's feet felt "like they were walking on air." thiss lead many to believe Diglet had feet. The in-game sprite does not have feet for it always depicts diglet in a hole with a circlet of dirt. from what i know, however they do have feet. Starly, Blazeken, Sceptile, Buizel, Buneary, Bidoof, Cyndaquil, Combusken, Dudrio, Doduo, Eevee, Pikachu, Staraptor and many more.
Eevee evolves into Vaporeon, and Bidoof evolves into Bibarel, which is Normal/Water. Other than that I don't know any.I'm not sure, yes eevee and bidoof as the previous person said. Azurill is also a normal type that evolves into a water type and Arceus can be a water type if it has the splash plate. Lots of Pokemon can learn water type moves though like Snorlax and Delcatty.
Many different pokemon can learn the move Cut such as Scyther, Bidoof, Nincada, Heracross, Pansear and much more. You will need HM01 to teach the move Cut to your pokemon and when using the HM you will be able to see the pokemon who are able to learn it or can't as it will state on the pokemon screen with an ABLE or NOT ABLE label.
The first Pokemon egg you get depends on what Pokemon you put in the daycare. You can also get a Happiny egg from a man in Hearthome, and a Riolu egg from Riley on Iron Island after you help him out of the cave. ~Lucario

it depends on the Pokemon inside of the egg. if it is a rarer Pokemon then a usual Pokemon (ex. bidoof) than it will take more steps to hatch the egg. these are on Pokemon platinum: starter eggs(chimchar, turtwig, piplup): 5,355 steps starly egg: 4,080 steps bidoof egg: 4,080 steps buizel egg: 5,355 steps eevee egg: 9,180 steps manaphy egg: 2,805 steps phione egg(manaphy+ ditto): 10,455 if you want to know how many steps it takes to hatch another Pokemon, go to: http://Pokemon.marriland.com/platinum/pokedex this website has the whole platinum pokedex, along with all the info available for every Pokemon in sinnoh. it also has access to the national pokecex, and the pokedexs of the other versions of Pokemon. it also has plenty more, along with pictures and video walkthroughs.

According to its Pokedex entry, 2 feet. Not very big in comparison to many other Pokemon.
