King Ferdinand of Aragon and Queen Elizabeth Tudor are not related at all. However, Elizabeth I's father, Henry VIII, married Queen Catherine of Aragon as his first wife. Catherine of Aragon was the daughter of King Ferdinand of Aragon.

King Ferdinand wasn't related but his wife, Queen Isabella was. She was the great-great-great granddaughter of Edward the Third of England through her father, Joao of Portugal. Elizabeth was the great-great-great-great granddaughter of Edward the Third of England.

Beyond the obvious, that they are related by marriage, the Princes maternal great-great-grandmother was Victoria, Queen of England. As Queen Victoria is also the Queens great-great-grandmother, this makes the Prince and Queen Elizabeth third cousins.

As well, the Princes paternal grandfather, George I of Greece, was the brother of Alexandra of Denmark, Her Majestys paternal great-grandmother, making them second cousins, once removed.

Queen Victoria was Queen Elizabeth II's great great grandmother. Victoria's son was Edward VII. The Edwardian period is named after him. Edward's son was George V, who was king through WWI and died in 1936, just before WWII. His cousins were the Tsar of Russia, and Kaiser Wilhelm of Germany. George's son became King Edward VIII, but abdicated the throne, in order to marry Wallis Simpson, who had been twice divorced. Edward's younger brother (known in the family as Albert, or Bertie) then became King George VII. He was the father of the present queen, Elizabeth II.
