There are many conflicts in The Hunger Games. The first conflict is her sister, Prim, getting picked for the Games. She tries to solve this conflict by volunteering herself in place of her sister.
Obviously, the Games are possibly the greatest conflict in the first book. Katniss is not "comfortable" with killing the others in cold blood, but she isn't sure how long she can keep up just keeping up with defense. There's also the romance factor, she doesn't want to have to kill Peeta. She tries to solve the Peeta conflict by her and Peeta threatening the Gamemakers with the fact that they would commit suicide by eating poisonous berries; and it works. The two are spared the Horror of killing each other, and of dying from poison, but then are attacked by "Muttations" of the other players of the games, including Katniss' old friend Rue. Katniss tries to solve this conflict by focusing on the fact that it's just Mutts with the player's color eyes.
Of course that's just The Hunger Games. "Catching Fire" and "Mockingjay" have even more conflicts that rooted in the first book and blossomed into the exciting series.
The Hunger Games chapter 7 summary :)
It depends on what you mean by that. There are many problems, and the Hunger Games themselves are the biggest one. But, because the question was 'What is the solution to the problem in the Hunger Games?' i cannot effectively answer your question.
They solved the Hunger Games themselves by all twelve districts rebelling against the Capitol, igniting a war. The districts win, and the Capitol becomes overcome. President Snow dies.
Well, the problem is never really SOLVED until the last book, but in the end of The Hunger Games, she decides that they are not just one piece in the Capitol's games, so she and Peeta each take a Nightlock berry (the poisonous one used to kill Foxface) and eat it at the same time. They both live after being announced the winners, but the trouble only begins for Katniss...
Rue's last name is not ever mentioned in the trilogy. She is only referred to as Rue.
The main conflict is Harry needs to find all the Horcruxes to be able to defeat Voldemort and he solves it by skipping school and going to look for them.
He wrote it because he just got bored at his ex-girlfriends house so he decided to write some bad books with bad jokes in them.

Smoothing does not necessarily solve a conflict. It may create a feeling that the conflict is not as severe as it has been perceived to be or may provide a "cooling off" period but the confict remains unresolved.

Depends on the type of satellite you are referring to and the implications of said satellite on the hunger problem in Africa.
No. But it can lead to it. War is conflict. It often creates more entrenchment on both sides of a conflict.
you solve it by agreeing on something.
