First finish xd gale of darkness and emerald, go to phenac city in xd and go into the Pokemon center go into the basement and talk to the lady say YES to her questions and then a screen should appear connect a GBA to GCN cable to your gamecube/wii and your GBA/GBASP. With emerald inside the GBA/GBASP turn on the system the connection will now begin once your connected you can trade Pokemon and here's how: Using the gamecube controller select the Pokemon you want to trade from xd then press A, Using the GBA/GBASP D pad select the Pokemon you want to trade from emerald then press A. Press A again on both systems and the trade should begin then press A one more time with the gamecube controller to save both games now you have officially traded!
