If you have another high level Pokemon there are two ways to go about it:
1) Use exp. share. It will give the low level Pokemon half of the experience points
2) Give a macho brace to the low level Pokemon. Put it in the front of the party. When you get into a battle (use the vs seeker), switch it out for another Pokemon that can beat it.
Some other ways are:
1) Fight the elite four with one, only one, low level Pokemon holding exp share and all other high level Pokemon
2) Go find trainers that have Pokemon just one or two levels above your and repeatedly fight them using the vs seeker.
3) Trade it with another game and trade back. This gives it 1.5 times as much experience.
There are other ways too. Just do it your way and style. These are just suggestions.
