How do you start a new file on the pokewalker?

Go to the title screen, and select connect to pokewalker. When it offers the option "go for a stroll" hit L + down arrow+ X and follow the instructions.

no the pokewalker can only be to one safe file. if you delete the file with a Pokemon in the poke walker then you would either have to keep the Pokemon in the pokewalker or delete the new Pokemon so you can link it up to the new game

no you can not, it doesn't work that work that when you delete the file that has the certain Pokemon you put in the pokewalker you wouldn't be able to send to the new game. you'd have to reset the pokewalker and delete all data in it. (including the Pokemon)

In Pokemon soul silver you've started a new file and now your pokewalker doesn't accept your Pokemon cause it says it has been already registered how can you use it again?

well you should go when says conect to pokewalker and you press L+DOWN+X and its going to say you should conect with the pokewalker and it gona erase all of the data and when you conect with the pokewalker after you erase it it will register the new data and yes you will los all of the routes.
