How do you get to celestial city in Pokemon pearl?

i dont believe there is such a place as a "lovely" place. there are places that seem lovely, but no lovely place. unless someone hacked into the game and made a new place which im not aware about.

After using Cynthia's super potion to move the PsyDuck, keep going upwards and then turn to the left. There are a series of platforms joined by wooden bridges. There are many trainers you must battle (mostly ninjas, and Ace Trainers) whose pokemon are about level 26 or 27. Beware, this area is foggy, and a lot of your attacks may miss! Just continue along the bridges and battle the trainers and eventually you'll get to Celestial City, which is on a hill.

you have to defeat the pastoria gym leader talk to the grunt and he will run to the start of route 213 and you have to go after him and he'll start to run again and when start to follow him your rival will come and battle you He will have ponyta,roselia or buizel,staravia or starly and Prinplup, Grotle or Monferno once you beat him you have to go to the sea and the grunt will be there he will say something about blowing up the lake or something and start running again he'll start running and he'll start running again until he gets to the man that looks like a collector and you talk the grunt he'll run again and he'll stop outside the lake and when you get to him you have to talk him and he'll battle you you win he'll walk of to the lake then Cynthea will give you a secret potion then you go to route 210 and press a on the Psyduck an it will come up with use the secret potion? use it they'll run of and then Cynthea will come and give you the old charm and start walking keep going there will be lots of battles and i would do them all apart from the double one once you go past the veteran you will be there.

all u do is go to pastoria by the great marsh exit talk to the team galactic man then some stuff happens then u carry on following him until one point Cynthia comes she gives u a super potion or something like that then u go to the moo moo milk shop next to it are some psyduck u use the potion andthey move away now you go down that path and reach celastic town after a bit.

to go to celesitic Town to lake verity i think, then Cynthia will talk with you and say yes to her question and she will give you a medicine for sneeze use it on the psyducks in route 210 and they will leave then you go in the tall, grass use defog and walk till you find celecitic town.
