i think its called the poke flute. it wakes up snorlax and you get to catch him.and to get the poke flute you have to go to the gamecorner in celadon city get the lift key. then you have to go in teamrockets hideout and beat the boss. when your done go to the Pokemon tower and get to the top where mr fuji is. and he will take you to his house. talk to him and he will give you the poke flute. go to snorelax and use the poke flute. and you can catch him but if you accidently make him faint there is one more that is sleeping. use the poke flute as well and he will wake up and you can try to catch him again.
