There is no code. Chances are it was meant to be a project but Neopets never got round to sorting it or it was a future project for us to unlocked that was never finished. Or maybe even its a thing they are planning for the future (probley not). But your not alone, the Kreludan Mining Corp had been confusing neo users from the moment it arrived. I know it is stressful :/ I want to get in myself.
There is no code. Whatever purpose the Mining Corp was going to serve, Neopets never implemented it. Maybe it was going to be part of a plot or promotion, who knows. Either way, it does nothing, and there are no codes.

She says: Today's lottery number is: then she gives an 8-digit number. The lottery only has 6-digit numbers, so... just about the only thing that involves an 8-digit code is the Kreludan Mining Corp. Its different for everyone, I believe. I think the lost desert plot is over now and I think the fortune teller is gone so I believe it's impossible to find now.

You can't. It was supposed to be used in the old sloth plot along time ago but TNT forgot about it so its till there but it doesn't do anything.
