Unless you have an action replay, this is unobtainable. I mean, yeah, you could trade it over wifi, but those chances of finding one are not that great

The stone can only be obtained via a Wi-Fi event. Sadly, the event has long since passed. It is no longer possible to obtain the enigma stone.
