You get a Piplup egg by breeding an Empoleon with another Empoleon of the opposite gender, breeding with Ditto, or breeding with a Pokemon in the same egg group, of the opposite gender of course. But with egg groups, its the Empoleon that must be female if you want a Piplup egg.
If you have a female try 2 look 4 ditto and put them in Day Care. I did same with chimchar.
you can only trade it with Pokemon diamond,pearl, or platinum.
The only way is to breed a Female Piplup is with any other Pokemon in its egg group or to breed any Piplup with a Ditto.
Doing so will produce a Piplup Egg.
