for a full tempo you need to arrange Pokemon so they have an atvantage over the next. (example: fire, grass, water) <------ that's the kind of order they have to be in, but remember that to get full tempo, you need to fill all the poen slots in that particular set(while making sure that each has an atvantage over the next)
You have to put 4 Pokemon with types that beat each other for example: Put 4 ghost type Pokemon in a set because ghost beats ghost or put 4 normal types because they don't beat each other you actually will get perfect tempo still! Here are some other examples: Put a fire Pokemon, then grass Pokemon, water Pokemon, then rock Pokemon.
you need all 9 chambers at max tempo(the blue bar that goes up and down and changes to a lighter shade of blue thehigher the tempo at the left of the Pokemon),then put shadow lugia in. It's automatically ready to be purified. To get max tempo, you'll need what I call a battle circle. Kind of like fire Pokemon damages grass type Pokemon well, grass Pokemon damages water Pokemon well, water Pokemon damages rock Pokemon well, and rock Pokemon damages fire Pokemon well(which was our starting type)
Pokemon xd in my opinion
You cannot snag a legit whismur in Pokemon XD, only trade to Pokemon XD from another game.
You can only get celebi in Pokemon XD by trading. The only way I know you can get a celebi to Pokemon XD except from events is the Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disc.
You can't get horsea in xd.
Put them in the purify chamber with a perfect tempo set.
Most importantly, to get them at maximum, you need Pokemon that are weak/are good against another Pokemon. It's best to have Ghost > Ghost > Ghost > Ghost and Normal > Normal > Normal > Normal. You can also catch a bunch of Hoppips too, and just four of them make a perfect tempo. Four Wooper from the Cave area are also perfect tempo makers too. Make sure you trade from your GBA games so you can make more perfect tempos faster. Oh yes, the Aron's in the Cave place also make perfect tempos, since they're Steel and Rock, Steel > Rock. Gligar and Hoppip also make perfect tempos. So you can have two Gligar and two Hoppip to make a perfect tempo. Aron > Gligar > Hoppip > Wooper also makes a perfect tempo. There's endless combinations, but the Pokemon you have to work with in-game are all you have until you can trade~
have all 9 boxes in the purify chamber full tempo! In the purify chamber, make all 9 boxes' tempo full (Have different species 'Super Effective') And there you go!
Maximize the tempo in all chambers of the Purification Chamber and put Shadow Lugia inside.
