How can you get legendary Pokemon on Pokemon Rumble Blast?

you have to defeat all gym leaders including elite 4 and champions then they will appear on the maps.

if it doesn't work then don't blame me I got this answer from you tube myself and haven't tried it yet.

Legendary Pokemon are extremely rare , but to obtain you must first defeat all off the gym leaders on all of the regions , INCLUDING the elite 4 on all regions. Then you can find the Pokemon's , but they are still extremely rare.

You can check in a visited area (you'll know if the lights around it glow green). Then, where the boss is (it has a ! shape), if it glows green, you'll find a legendary pokemon depending on where the place is. You'll battle the legendary pokemon where you battled the first boss - ZEKROM!

all kind of legendary pokemon are in different areas (levels) for example you can get zekrom in any cave level. there is a 5% chance of finding a legendary. if you see the ! pad sparkling that means there will be a legendary pokemon for a boss.remember if you lose to a legendary no worries you can still fight it again. :D
