In order to evolve Eevee, you will need to use a Fire Stone on it for Flareon, use a Thunder Stone on it for Jolteon or a Water Stone on it for Vaporeon.
For Umbreon, you'll need to level it up at night once it's happy enough and for Espeon, you will need to level it up in the day time once it's happy enough.
For Leafeon, you will need to level it up near a Moss Rock which can be found in Pinwheel Forest and for Glaceon, you will need to level it up near an Ice Rock which can be found in Shoal Cave but only when the tide is low.
For Sylveon, you will need to level up with high affection while it also knows a Fairy-type move.
You can evolve Eevee by using a Fire Stone on it in order to evolve it into Flareon, use a Water Stone on it in order to evolve it into Vaporeon and you can use a Thunderstone on it in order to evolve it into Jolteon, you can evolve it with maximum happiness and leveling up between 8 PM and 4 AM in order to evolve it into Umbreon, you can evolve it into Espeon with maximum happiness and leveling up after 4 AM but before 8 PM, you can evolve it into Leafeon as soon as it levels up near a Moss Rock which can be found in Petalburg Woods but you need the Cut HM move in order to reach it, you can evolve it into Glaceon as soon as it levels up near the Ice Rock that can be found in the lowest level of Shoal Cave which is only available when the low is tide and in order to evolve it into Sylveon you need 2 affection hearts in Pokemon-amie and it needs to know a Fairy-type move and then you can level it up in order to evolve it.
